Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  1. Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  2. Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management

  1. Maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  2. Address client inquiries and provide solutions that align with their business needs.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  1. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Present and pitch company services to potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  2. Analyze competitors to develop effective business strategies.

Proposal & Contract Management

  1. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and quotations for clients.
  2. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  1. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  2. Provide feedback from clients to improve services and offerings.

 

Secondary Responsibilities

Brand Promotion

Assist in brand-building activities through networking events, social media, and online marketing.

CRM & Reporting

  1. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  2. Generate reports on sales performance and business growth metrics.

Increase the number of qualified leads per month.
